Real runners. Real personal bests. Real stories from the roads of Bengaluru.
The race was easy but I ran fast pace until around the 4.5 km. After 5 km, it started to get tough, but with all the motivation and support I had, I pushed through and finished strong. I’m especially proud because I ran better than some consistently strong runners those who are usually considered the best. It wasn’t just about beating them, but about proving to myself how much I’ve improved and how far I’ve come. A heartfelt thank you to CK anna for treating me like a brother, always supporting me, and guiding me with care and dedication. Your belief in me made a big difference.
The clock doesn't care about my shift schedule. Most people are sleeping when I’m working, and most are working when I’m on the track. Training in the afternoon after a long night shift isn’t for everyone, but for me, it’s the only way. Chandrakanth sir, you aren't just my coach; you are the brother who keeps me going when the shifts get heavy. You built me stronger, step by step. You are my ultimate inspiration.
Without CK Sir this would not be possible. This man had invested his time in training me day and night, man with pure heart. The training was hard to manage with my college schedule but I still didn't give up because of CK sir, he took care of me and trained me well. Training with CK Sir was a good experience to me.
Gratitude for CK sir my gurugalu in this journey. Two months of unwavering dedication. From 23:46 to an 18:49 Timing in the 5km run. This feeling of achievement is something great. Every pain in practice, every drop of sweat, and every struggle shaped this journey.
Grateful to be training under a coach who understands even the smallest details and builds the right workouts around them. The structure and guidance led to strong performances at TMM2026 (3:43:37) and TSW25K2025 (2:10:33). Happy to be learning under the best. Many more to come 🏃♂️💪

Consistent discipline and structured pacing under coach CK pushed new boundaries on the track. Every session builds a stronger mindset for race day.
